Busara Retreats launch event and thank you

Thank you to all of those lovely yogis who accepted our invitation for a free yoga, meditation and journaling session a couple of weeks ago.

We had a fabulous time holding space for you all while we practised yoga, shared meditation and reflected on what we were all grateful for this year.

December is perfect for this kind of practise. We've worked our way through 12 months of often stressful working and family lives, giving or caring for others, personal loss and so many other life challenges that it's easy to forget the joy. Whatever that joy means for you.

But, of course, in true Busara style there was another reason for our lovely gathering. It was to launch this - our shiny new website. Thank you to you all for receiving it so positively. We're hoping to continue to build on it in 2026 to make it the hub for information on all our retreats going forward.

We also didn't want those of you who came to go home empty handed. And so, you all left with a little gift. It was our way of saying thank you for supporting our business for the first four years. Here's to many more!

Inaugural Wellbeing Awards

The event also gave us the opportunity to host our inaugural Busara Wellbeing Awards. This is our way of highlighting those retreat attendees that we felt have proven themselves to be outstanding in some way. And so... drum roll... our first three recipients to receive awards were as follows:
