Refund policy

If you need to cancel:

Day Retreats

All cancellations must be made in writing to hello@busararetreats.co.uk.
For day retreats, cancel up to 7 days before the event and you will receive a full refund.
From 7-3 days before the event you will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 72 hours before the event are non-refundable.
However, you can transfer your booking to another day retreat at no extra cost.

Longer retreats
More than 60 days before the retreat: deposit retained, any other payments refunded.
30–59 days before: 50% of the total fee refunded.
Less than 30 days before: no refund.
You may transfer your booking to another person with our prior written consent. You may also transfer your booking to another longer retreat.

If we cancel:
We may cancel a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness, low enrolment, or force majeure (see Clause 11).
In this case, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another retreat.
We are not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs outside of the retreat package.
