Our Spring Renewal Retreat is a three-day immersion into rebirth, clarity and gentle expansion. With our guidance, each day offers a nurturing blend of yoga, breathwork, meditation, journaling and creative expression. We flow gently, honouring your rhythm. Morning yoga welcomes fresh life into the body, while afternoon ushers in workshops in mindfulness and intention-setting to help you awaken your inner creator. Then settle into evening with yoga nidra or a restorative sound bath to support deep release and renewal.


You’ll have time to rest, wander the beautiful grounds, sip tea in stillness and reconnect with your natural pace. Think birdsong, sunlight on fresh leaves, a quiet journal in your lap and the soft excitement of new beginnings filling your heart.
