Autumn Reflection
Prepare your body for the darker, shorter days ahead with our annual autumn retreat
October draws us into a softer rhythm. As leaves turn to gold and the air cools, nature invites us inward, toward warmth, gratitude and gentle contemplation. Our Autumn Reflection Retreat honours this sacred season that invites us to slow down and turn our energies toward inner wisdom.
Across three nourishing days, we explore our wellbeing pillars – movement, meditation and manifestation – with a focus on release and reflection. Daily yoga nurtures strength and grounding, inviting the body to soften and settle. Guided meditations and breathwork help quiet the mind, while journaling sessions encourage clarity, gratitude and conscious letting go. Creative workshops, including intuitive art and reflective writing, support deep personal insight and emotional spaciousness.
Autumn teaches us that letting go is a form of trust. Just as trees release their leaves, we, too, can lovingly release patterns, expectations or stories that no longer support us, making room for rest and future renewal.
You’ll enjoy peaceful time in nature, wrapped in blankets with herbal tea, walking crunchy, leaf-covered paths or simply sitting in stillness as the season speaks. There will be community moments – shared meals, open conversation, gentle laughter – balanced with quiet solitude and nourishing privacy.
The rhythm of autumn is deep, warm, and wise. This retreat is your invitation to pause, exhale, listen inward and honour how far you’ve come. If you’re craving grounding, emotional reset or sacred space to realign with yourself before winter arrives, we welcome you here.
